If you have some destructive habits that are hard to break, this highly recommended book will walk you through the structure of a habit and give you the tools to change them.
If you feel you have some 'demons' holding you back (e.g. anxiety, depression, fear etc), this highly recommended book (also recommended in habit 13) will show you how to recognise what is driving them and give you practical tools to deal with them (Daniel the author refers to them as dragons instead of demons).
